The name of the Russian oligarch of Chechen origin Musa Bazhaev has been on the news lately. This half-billion dollar (Forbes estimates his fortune at $ 0.5 billion) is fighting for the polar fields and buying Mediterranean resorts, establishing a new mobile operator and building up cottages in a protected estate. So who is he — an effective manager keeping up with the times, or maybe the last of the 90s Mohicans, with their crimson jackets and platinum rings? Why does Bazhaev never tire of surprising his colleagues in the «oligarchic» shop and analysts who have seen a lot with his shocking antics, as if copied from the worst representatives of the business elite of the end of the last century?
Mining companies form the foundation of Mr. Bazhaev’s business empire, but many other industries are not alien to him. He was engaged in aviation, real estate, and oil refining, and recently it became known about his new interest — cellular communications.
The fifth Element
The Russian mobile communications market, as you know, has long and reliably divided between the «big three» operators — Beeline, MTS and Megafon. In some regions, they are joined by the fourth OPSOS (mobile operator) — Tele2. And soon, as it became known recently, the fifth player, currently actively created by Musa Bazhaev and Yevgeny Roitman, may also go on the air.
It is worth noting that Roitman has been persistently trying to enter the cellular market for six years. True, so far he has only managed to obtain a license for radio frequencies 1900-1920 MHz and take part in a series of legal proceedings. Even the name of the new operator was never reached. Perhaps Roitman hopes that the participation of a Forbes list figure in his project will give the case an additional impetus and help get off the ground.
But so far all that the partners have been able to achieve is not a very sympathetic commentary from the relevant ministry. The head of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications Nikolay Nikiforov recently pointed to the «strange legal trail», tracing this cellular project from the past. “It manifests itself in the huge number of courts around them, which we had between the State Commission for Radio Frequencies and Roitman’s companies. There is also a second frequency range, which the companies could not defend in courts. Therefore, the technical prospects, they are so very … This is such a legacy of previous times. That period of our state when frequencies were distributed by so-called private decisions, ”the minister said.
They add doubts about the future of the new OPSOS and the technical characteristics of the project. On the frequencies allocated to Roitman and Bazhaev, an LTE network of an exotic TTD modification can be built. Not all manufacturers produce phones capable of operating in it, and the range of well-known models is small. An attempt to gain access to frequencies suitable for a more widespread modification failed, so that the fifth operator, even before its birth, was doomed to repeat the fate of Skylink — the Moscow operator of the late 90s, instead of the promising GSM, it chose the little widespread CDMA standard and eventually absorbed the mentioned Tele2.
According to some reports, at first the operator Bazhaev-Roitman will have only 1,500 base stations, of which only 700 have been built so far. For comparison, Megafon has 22,000 base stations in Moscow and the region; MTS and Beeline also have by tens of thousands. So, at least at the beginning of its existence, if it will take place at all, this whole new cellular project will have an image rather than a commercial character.
But another fact is especially interesting — how much money is Bazhaev going to use to develop a mobile operator? After all, literally this summer, he, hoping for his long-standing friendship with Arkady Dvorkovich, has already applied for state support to develop the deposits he had taken from Norilsk Nickel. Was he really gorged on getting help from his friend the Deputy Prime Minister even here?
Entering the mobile business is far from the first, but quite possibly the last strange decision of Mr. Bazhaev. Concerned about Musa’s dubious or simply poorly calculated projects, relatives have already thought about how to somehow slow down his extravagance, sources close to the family say. After all, the inheritance of his elder brother, Ziya Bazhaev, who died in a plane crash in 2000, went not only to Musa, but to the whole family.
It should be noted that Ziya Bazhaev left a huge business empire to his relatives Alliance Group — after the tragic death of his brother, Musa Bazhaev was headed and after that the well-oiled mechanism began to malfunction. So in the 2000s, the Alliance, which is controlled by Musa Bazhaev, actively tried to participate in the expansion to the south of Ukraine. The Bazhaev brothers began their development of the Ukrainian market from the Crimea. Their partners were the Krymnefteprodukt structure established by TER Holding (Anatoly and Igor Franchuk) and the Summit JV (Sergey Voronkov, leader the criminal group «Salem»). Krymnefteprodukt has managed to accumulate huge debts for the supplied fuel. The matter went so far that a meeting was urgently organized in Crimea with a rather indicative composition of participants: Mussa, as well as two authoritative people in Odessa — Abu Archakov and Sultanbek Aidamirov, on the other hand Igor Franchuk and representatives of Voronkov were present (he himself was already at that time behind bars).
The result of the compromise was the transfer of several oil depots of Krymnefteprodukt (state-owned) to the ownership of the Bazhaev family. The new assets were paid in cash and debts for the supply of petroleum products were written off. Upon completion of the transaction, it turned out that the Franchuks actually did not have ownership of the sold assets, and besides, many objects lacked permits.
The happy owners of «new assets» felt a scam. It smelled of a new scandal and authoritative Chechens again went from Odessa to Crimea. The parties managed to reach a compromise — Bazhaev dealt with the problematic objects on his own, and the Franchuks began to “patronize” the work of the Chechen diaspora in South Palmyra in every possible way, especially in the offices of the Kiev security forces.
In the Khabarovsk Territory — a region that led Viktor Ishaev, — there were significant problems both with state money, and with property and compliance with the law. This was the fate of the Khabarovsk airport, which was sold for a symbolic sum of $ 10 million to the Ishaev-friendly company Alliance-Prom (a subsidiary of the Alliance Group, which is headed by Musa Bazhaev).
And although it seems that even such scams could not shake the fortune left by his brother, the appetites of Bazhaev Jr. begin to seriously threaten the financial well-being of the rest of the family. He already lacks capital, which was based on the notorious «Chechen advice notes» — it is no coincidence that Musa Bazhaev’s companies are lining up for state support.
And the debts accumulated over the years never cease to be felt. Near Bazhaev’s office in a quiet Arbat lane, Sivtsev Vrazhek, an indefinite picket rally has been going on for a long time — with posters — Bazhaev — return the money all around. Residents of nearby houses were already so tired of this that they began to complain to the mayor — maybe it’s better to go to the police?
Another dubious, albeit high-profile project of Musa Bazhaev was reconstruction of the estate «Arkhangelskoye» in the Krasnogorsk region. This palace and park ensemble of the late 18th century is often called the «Versailles near Moscow» for its beauty and museum value. Several dozen hectares with an average cost of 40 to 95 thousand dollars per hundred square meters, or just 1.5 million dollars per hectare, undoubtedly turned out to be a tidbit for developers — after all, a suburban residence of Vladimir Putin Novo-Ogaryovo … And in the neighboring village of Arkhangelskoye, already owned by Bazhaev’s companies, there are houses of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, Minister of Construction Mikhail Men and other influential persons.
According to the reconstruction plan, parking lots for cars and tourist buses will appear on the lands of the Arkhangelskoye estate. An underground space will be developed near the Gonzago Theater — a museum and theater complex, a restaurant and a conference hall will be built there. A 100-room hotel with a spa and fitness center, cafes, restaurants, antique shops and even a boat station will be built near Goryatinskiye Ponds. It is also planned to build a visitor center with an area of u200bu200b833 sq. m, two fast food and rental buildings.
The total area of u200bu200bthe planned buildings exceeds 15 thousand square meters. m. Needless to say, as a result, a significant part of the park ensemble will be irretrievably destroyed, and the estate itself will lose its unique historical appearance. It is possible that, as is usually done in our country, «as an exception» on the reserved lands, they will also agree on the construction of a couple of cottage settlements. Architects and local historians have no doubt that the cultural significance of the manor, which has an international status, will remain in the past.
The activists of the All-Russian Popular Front conducted several checks and have already found a lot of violations. Experts are particularly concerned about the project of re-profiling the estate from a cultural heritage site to a landmark. Removing the protection status will untie the developer’s hands, and the term “reconstruction by demolition” of the 90s speaks well of how some developers work here.
King of the Emerald Coast
By the way, Bazhaev’s interests in real estate are by no means limited to the Moscow region. He, for example, owns the elite resort complex Forte Village, located on the Emerald Coast of the island of Sardinia in the Mediterranean Sea. Occupying more than 30 hectares, Forte Village is 8 hotels, 770 rooms, 33 suites, 20 restaurants, 9 swimming pools, its own full-size football field, 12 tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, a go-kart center, its own charter and more than 1000 servants.
All this pleasure cost Musa Bazhaev 180 million euros, but now he can host influential Russian officials, politicians and businessmen. Forte Village is often called by the media, for example, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich, who loves to speculate about space and chess at his leisure.
To better imagine all the circumstances of this purchase, we add that Forte Village was put up for sale a long time ago, but due to the too high price, none of the local, Italian entrepreneurs showed interest in the resort. But Arab sheiks and Russian oligarchs became very interested in him. In particular, Gazprom was eyeing the elite complex, but even this energy giant could not afford to buy a hotel. Unlike Musa Bazhaev, who will now also be a tourism tycoon until 2037, when 25 years of his right to manage the resort will expire.
After the Italians found out who bought their famous hotel, a real scandal erupted in the country. The authoritative local magazine Famiglia Cristiana, for example, drew attention to the fact that the resort was bought under the conditions of sanctions against Russia, which in the future threatens to change the owner or seize property.
In response, Musa Bazhaev showed himself as the master of his word (in the sense that “I wanted — I gave, I wanted — I took back”). He really gave Baskov the promised Mercedes — but only a toy one. The golden voice of Russia was obviously overjoyed at this moment.
The oligarch is also seen in more reprehensible entertainments. Several years ago, Turkish police removed him from Mustafa Kemal Ataturk’s former yacht, which had been turned into a floating brothel. It is curious that Bazhaev’s companion in this dubious adventure turned out to be the notorious Patokh Shodiev, an international swindler, posing as almost the almighty “gray cardinal” of the European business community.
Another business partner of Musa Bazhaev, Telman Ismailov, is seriously suspected of being recruited by foreign special services. According to some reports, this Israeli citizen fell out of favor with Russian President Vladimir Putin for his luxurious seven-star Mardan Palace hotel, built in Turkey for $ 1.4 billion. Soon after the opening of the hotel, Ismailov lost one of his most profitable assets — the Cherkizovsky market, and at the same time a high-ranking patron in the person of Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov. Now Ismailov resides in France and is gradually withdrawing his business from Russia.
With such friends, it is not surprising that, scattering millions of dollars on dubious projects like a new mobile operator or renting a hotel in warm seas, Musa Bazhaev is in no hurry to help his compatriots, which would be natural for a Chechen businessman. The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, somehow did not even keep the bitter reproach against the oligarch, who more than once promised to help in the restoration of Chechnya, but the matter did not progress beyond the promises.
“At a meeting with Putin, he promised to allocate a grant of $ 50 million for the construction of a district hospital and a school in the city of Urus-Martan, as well as for the restoration of a number of socially important facilities. However, nothing has changed so far. Bazhaev, they only advertise for themselves, «Kadyrov said.» In my opinion, they simply mock their people, make loud statements about their intentions to assist in the restoration of the republic, and thereby engage in advertising for the realization of their personal goals. «
Somehow strangely Mr. Bazhaev keeps his word. He promises to build a school, and then the head of the whole republic is forced to remind him of this. That promises to invest billions in the economy of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, but he is looking for money for these investments in the state budget. This is exactly what the notorious “new Russians” of the 90s did, who could buy a bank or a theater on a whim, but hid from taxes in offshore zones. But we have been living in the 21st century for a long time, where transparency and social responsibility of business are honored, as well as the return of previously withdrawn capital to Russia
Musa Bazhaev himself, meanwhile, is very sensitive to his promises. In any case — in words. “The most important thing that Zia inspired me and what distinguished him as a person and as an entrepreneur was the ability to keep his word,” the oligarch said in an old interview. — And whether Ziya taught me this — let the people with whom we work will appreciate. It is probably better to ask Kadyrov and the residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory?
As previously reported by our editors, Finprombank lost its license. Before it became known about the bankruptcy of the organization, its main shareholder, Musa Bazhaev, managed to withdraw assets worth more than 1 billion rubles.
Golden Mountains and hotel in Sardinia
Two years ago, news feeds reported on a Russian businessman who bought the famous Forte Village hotel chain in Sardinia. By the way, the price for this resort complex is still unknown. Later it turned out that the Bazhaev brothers turned out to be the happy owners of the «dacha» in Sardinia. Musa Bazhaev did not comment on the new acquisition.
Let’s return to the fact that where could such a large amount be withdrawn? The fact is that entrepreneur M. Bazhaev is also the owner of a large gold deposit in Kyrgyzstan. Experienced experts point out that large finances are needed to maintain such a mine of gold. Most likely, all the stolen assets from Finprombank were directed specifically to the gold mining industry.
Who drowned Finprombank?
This year Finprombank started losing clients. At the same time, clients took deposits as well. So in the spring, 20% of depositors took their savings, which is about 2 billion rubles. Thus, the client’s demand for the bank’s services decreased by 30%.
It should be noted that the bank’s shareholders are very famous people:
Pyotr Kondrashov, Andrey Belkin, Anatoly Goncharov, Dmitry Semenov, Stanislav Perminov, Musa Bazhaev, Evgeny Lyubimov.
This summer M. Bazhaev and the bank’s beneficiaries are increasing the capital of Finprombank by 6.5 billion rubles. But this did not help, and the depositors began to leave M. Bazhaev.
Experts note that, in essence, Mr. Bazhaev needs a bank only for the «double deposit and receive» scheme. Then it is not clear what appetites M. Bazhaev has?
Relatively recently, the company of the entrepreneur «Russian Platinum» applies for financial support to the state in the amount of 220 billion rubles. But, apparently not understanding the «joke of humor» M. Bazhaev was refused. But the businessman did not sit idly by. He also applied for a loan to the bank, but even there he was not understood and was sent home.
The oil business was taken away
In another area of u200bu200bMusa Bazhaev’s business, everything was also not smooth. Two years ago, the entrepreneur sold his shares to the Independent Oil Company, Eduard Khudainatov. It was the representative of Igor Sechin, who had long wanted to get the business of M. Bazhaev.
In turn, the businessman explained his decision by the fact that he needed to pay all his attention to the «platinum business», with which there were obvious problems.
Sources close to Mr. Bazhaev report that the businessman was pressured by E. Khudainatov. He threatened to take away the business and leave Bazhaev without the Norilsk-1 field.
Dangerous connections Bazhaev
As you already understood by himself, Musa Bazhaev is absolutely not aggressive person. And in business they don’t like them. So how did an entrepreneur solve his problems?
Experts suspect M. Bazhaev of involvement in raider seizures. Namely, to the not entirely legal appropriation of Krymnefteprodukt, which so successfully became the property of the entrepreneur. The organized criminal group «Salem» assisted Bazhaev.
Musa Yusupovich is also credited with the raider seizure of the Khabarovsk airport. It should be noted that the leadership of the Khabarovsk Territory, represented by Viktor Ishaev, sold the airport for ridiculous money. Namely, for $ 10 million.
But what is even more interesting, Musa Bazhaev was suspected of conspiring with the Chechen organized criminal group in the 90s. Its leader is Shakhrudi Dadakhanov (nicknamed Shah). Then the natives of Chechnya were engaged in financial fraud. The same group is credited with stealing a billion dollars from the Central Bank using forged documents.
Then the law enforcement agencies had no questions to M. Bazhaev, as the organizer of the theft Mikhail Cherny disappeared.
After the closure of Finprombank, the investigation will still have questions. But only Mr. Bazhaev, most likely, will already be in Sardinia. Business, perhaps, was not easy for him, but he created himself worthy escape routes.
In 1991 he graduated from the Grozny Oil Institute named after V.I. Academician Millionshchikov, specializing in chemical technology of oil and gas processing.
In 1992-1997 he worked as a process engineer, manager, director of the department of the Moscow representative office of Lia Oil (Switzerland), and then president of the Lia Oil group of companies (CIS). In 1998, after the establishment of OJSC Alliance Group, he headed a subsidiary of the holding — CJSC Alliance-Oil. In March 2000 he became the head of OJSC Alliance Group.
In 2003, together with the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Crimea Sergey Kunitsyn, they opened a network of filling stations on the peninsula.
In 2004, he signed an agreement with Samsung Co on the implementation of a project to modernize the Khabarovsk oil refinery (KhNPZ). In 2007, he signed an agreement to establish a joint venture with Shell, to which he transferred one of the largest gas station networks in Ukraine. In 2011, he signed an agreement with the head of the Spanish oil and gas concern Repsol, Antonio Brufau, on the creation of a joint venture for oil exploration and production in Russia. In 2014, he signed an agreement to establish a joint venture with the Independent Oil Company (NOC) Eduard Khudainatov. The establishment at the end of 2001 of the Alliance Oil Company, the Board of Directors of which was headed by Musa Yusupovich Bazhaev, is another stage in the Group’s development. At present, OJSC NK Alliance is a successfully operating new oil company with a full cycle: from the extraction of hydrocarbons to the supply of oil products in an extensive network of its own filling stations. Alliance Oil Company meets the energy needs of many regions of Russia and is a reliable partner of the largest domestic and foreign oil companies. The Alliance Group is known in Russia as a company that actively participates in social programs, which are implemented by the Charitable Foundation named after Musa Yusupovich, created on the initiative of Musa Yusupovich. Ziya Bazhaev «.

Dead nets. Russian mobile operators who died without being born
The Antares company is associated with the structures of businessman Yevgeny Roitman (formerly a top manager of Media-Most). Millionaires in Courchevel finally began to live «fur inside»
Yes, Courchevel is no longer hot. Gulbariy is over. Only oriental people are faithful to traditions. The head of the Alliance group Musa Bazhaev invited Toto Cutugno to the birthday of his nephew, the son of his deceased brother Ziya. The guests were gathered at the Chalet de Pierre. And, although the evening was supposed to be led by Nikolai Baskov (the mountain and Baku people adore him, at one time Mr. Baskov did not crawl out from Telman), fortunately, the oligarch Alexander Mashkevich took the initiative and did not let the singer say nonsense. Mr. Mashkevich conducted the first section himself, smartly and talentedly. He reminded the guests of what kind of person the deceased Zia was. (Businessman Ziya Bazhaev died together with Artyom Borovik in a plane crash.) But, of course, no one announced the main plot of the feast, although everyone understood everything. It was Ziya Bazhaev, not Musa, that was the main engine and owner of the multibillion-dollar business. Musa became sovereign only after his brother Zia died. But Zia’s son is growing up. He is already 15. Soon he will own everything. This added to the intrigue of the evening. They said that Patricia Kaas should appear by the end of the evening, but we cannot yet confirm or deny this information.
«Let’s start with Bogdanchikov»
«Let’s start with Bogdanchikov,» one of the Kremlin officials commanded so that the journalists could prepare their writing and filming devices. Less than a few seconds later, the beaming head of Rosneft, recently related to Gazprom, appeared before the journalists. It was clear that this was his day. Next to the press was the president of the Alliance Group, Musa Bazhaev. He, too, was in high spirits. «Tell me, is this your first international treaty signed in the presence of our president?» — the NG correspondent asked the oligarch after the agreement on investments in the amount of $ 500 million was signed. «Yes,» — answered Bazhaev, who did not hide his happiness. The oligarch told with pleasure how grateful the Alliance Group is to the Russian leadership for the necessary support and what a wonderful oil refinery will be in the Khabarovsk Territory.
The president himself watched the signing ceremony with satisfaction. Representatives of our country, in order to put their signatures in blue daddies, one by one sat down next to Putin. Thus, everyone had the opportunity to exchange a couple of words with the head of state. Of course, Bogdanchikov and Bazhaev did not miss their chance. And the head of the Tatarstan government, Rustam Minnikhanov, probably to better hear the president, bent so low that his chin almost touched the table at which the signing ceremony was taking place. But the most interesting interlocutor for Putin was the head of Vneshtorgbank, Andrei Kostin. It was clear that the president and chairman of the board of Vneshtorgbank have many topics for joint discussion.
Diasporas divided Moscow
Anti-crisis management, comprehensive support for the rehabilitation and restructuring of enterprises in Russia and the CIS, the provision of financial and legal consulting services. The shareholders of the Alliance Group include state property funds and committees for state property management of 15 constituent entities of the Federation, as well as OJSC Kirovsky Zavod and OJSC Izhmash. Another area of u200bu200bactivity is oil refining. Owner — Musa Bazhaev.
Where does the local diaspora money go?
Musa Bazhaev was brought to the top echelon of the business elite by tragedy. His older brother, Ziya, died along with the famous journalist Artem Borovik in a plane crash. And the younger brother had to head the Alliance Group oil company.
Before that catastrophe, the country knew mainly Zia Bazhaev — a successful businessman, the ideologist of the creation of a state oil company in Russia. It didn’t work: as one high-ranking official said, “The idea with the company is good, but the Chechen will never lead it”. This, however, did not prevent Bazhaev from creating and heading the Chechen oil company Yunko in 1995/96.
In 97, Ziya Bazhaev was invited by the shareholders of the Sidanko fuel holding to the post of head, and in fact, an anti-crisis manager: Sidanko at that time was not going through the best of times. Most of all, it reminded Russia of the period of feudal fragmentation: its branches were scattered throughout the country, and there was almost no centralized government. Having entered the business, the Bazhaevs devoted most of their time to establishing relations with the governors of the regions where the branches were located. According to eyewitnesses, in 1997 Ziya Bazhaev spent more time on the road than in Moscow, and he conducted personal negotiations with each of the governors.
The ability to persuade and negotiate has become the Bazhaevs’ calling card …
The personal contacts developed in “Sidanko” were very soon useful again to the Bazhaev brothers. When in 1998 the shareholders of the oil company considered that the crisis had been overcome and did not re-elect Ziya as president, he quietly left his post, without saying a bad word about anyone. The phrase of Bazhaev Sr. became the property of that time: “You have to leave with dignity, especially for a man”.
And after leaving, the brothers began to create their own company, moreover, placing a stake on working with the regions. The founders of the Alliance Group were the largest enterprises (Kirovsky Zavod and Izhmash) and 15 constituent entities of the Federation, relations with which were established even earlier …
To date, Musa Bazhaev’s oil group has spread its influence over almost all of Russia, from Kaliningrad to Primorye. The authorities of Kazakhstan and Ukraine included it in the intergovernmental program for the development of the Kherson oil refinery. In Russia, according to the results of last year, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation awarded the Alliance Group the status of a “priority enterprise for the implementation of investment programs”.
Musa Bazhaev’s Alliance Group acquired Khabarovsk airport and owns 17% of Vladavia, which owns Vladivostok airport. The owner of the Moscow River Shipping Company Roman Trotsenko bought more than 40% of the shares in the airports of Novosibirsk and Barnaul. Oleg Deripaska, having bought the Krasnodar airport from the state (more than 1 million people a year), decided at the same time to «raise» small airports on the Black Sea coast — in Anapa and Gelendzhik.
Born on 05/11/1966 in the village of Achkhoy-Martan (Chechen-Ingush ASSR).
Education and degrees.
Received a diploma of higher education at the Petroleum Institute. Academician Millionshchikov in the city of Grozny, which he graduated in 1991, and became a specialist in the field of «Chemical technology of gas and oil processing».
She is officially married, has two sons and two daughters.
Musa Yusupovich began climbing the career ladder immediately after graduation, back in 1992 in one of the regional offices of the Swiss company «Lia-Oil» in the capital of the Russian Federation. He was first hired by the company as «Process Engineer», and in just five years he went from an engineer to a manager, then headed the company’s representative office, and was appointed President of the whole Lia-Oil holding. And in 1998, Bazhaev was offered cooperation with the closed joint-stock company Alliance-Oil, and was appointed to the post of president of this organization. And two years later, in 2000, he took the chair of the general director and became the head of the board of the open joint-stock company Alliance Group.
Musa Bazhaev is an oligarch of Caucasian origin. Since 1998 — co-owner of the industrial Alliance Group. The head of a large family has recently been listed as the chairman of the board of Russian Platinum, which deals with precious metals. In the ranking of the country’s successful families, the Bazhaevs occupy the 7th position. According to Forbes analysts, the financial condition is strengthening every year. In 2015, the Forbes family’s capital was estimated at $ 0.5 billion. Despite the unstable economic market, in 2015 revenues amounted to $ 1.3 billion. Today the business clan owns $ 1.5 billion.
How it all began
Musa Yusupovich was born in Chechnya on 11.05. 1966 in a large family, where, in addition to him, his parents raised three more brothers. The guy graduated from the Petroleum Institute in Grozny, became a specialist in chemical technology. I immediately found a job in my specialty, where I showed myself as a competent specialist with leadership inclinations. A few months later he became a manager. In a short time, Musa built a dizzying career. Later he headed the department. 1992-1997 worked in the Swiss company Lia Oil S.A. One of the divisions of the oil trader in Geneva was headed by brother Zia.
In the late 90s, the brothers founded the «Alliance Group». The concern was established by the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, and included 15 shareholders from different parts of the country. The industrial conglomerate includes:
have grown in light industry;
carbon raw materials;
introduces innovative technologies;
provides expert services in consulting and economics.
Until a certain time, the holding was headed by Ziya. Brother Mavlat was the head of the Alliance-Oil Society. Musa himself ran the oil business. In 2000, tragedy struck, and a successful entrepreneur Ziya crashed in a helicopter at Sheremetyevo. The family business is headed by Musa.
Acquisition of the Amur gold mining cooperative in 2007.
Opening of gas stations in Crimea with Sergei Kunitsyn.
Signing a contract with Samsung to modernize the refinery in Khabarovsk.
Organizing businesses with Shell.
Creation of an international group with the Repsol concern.
Successful business projects
After modernization, the oil company turned into a holding with a full production cycle, and was named «Alliance». The enterprise extracts and processes carbon raw materials from Western Siberia. The presence of a network of our own filling stations makes it possible to successfully release oil products. Over the 17 years of its existence, the concern has been awarded the prize 3 times as the best company of the year.
